Shipping methods and cost
At the La Costa Gourmet, we ship our coffee, tea, chai and cocoa the same day
you place your order. (Monday-Friday) If you order an item that is not in stock,
we will notify you of the delay as soon as we receive your order. You will not
be charged until your item is shipped.
We have many shipping options including standard Federal Express Ground, 2nd day
Air and various international choices. For Fed Express Next Day Air shipments
please call us at 1-877-931-1028.
Return Policy
If any La Costa Gourmet product does not meet you expectations, please contact
us, we will replace it or refund the full cost of the product, including shipping.
We strive to provide excellent Customer Service, and we will do whatever we can
to ensure that you're satisfied. Should you feel the need to return an item, please
contact Customer Service first and we will arrange for return shipping at not

Look up all of your previous orders in your Order History. You will be able
